The platform aims to provide easy and fast access to veterinary services, connecting pet owners with trusted vets, and offering affordable, reliable, and enjoyable healthcare solutions for pets. In this project, I was responsible for designing the full end-to-end user journey as well as crafting the complete UI for the Pawplus app — from wireframes, user flows, to high-fidelity interfaces. I conducted user research to uncover real pain points, validated ideas through usability testing, and iterated on the designs based on feedback to ensure the solution truly addressed user needs. Through this UI/UX project, I successfully led the design efforts and was honored to win 1st place in the UI/UX Design Competition at ITFest Polnes.
